When they initially brought out a car to test drive, I was a little concerned because the sticker was higher than we hoped. However, we went for the test drive, loved it, and came back to discuss numbers. David worked with the sales manager Travis, and their first offer was amazing. We signed right at that moment.

Carlos was amazing! He assisted my wife and I purchase a barely used Honda Pilot we had found through our bank's car search utility. The entire dealership staff was extremely patient with our two rambunctious boys. Carlos answered all my questions about the CarPlay system, smart key technology, and cameras. I finally know what the backup guidelines mean distance-wise. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. I know when it's time to upgrade my wife's commuter car (as well as buy our teenage daughter's first car) we will be coming back! We live in Newton and it was totally worth the drive.
