Everyone was friendly and professional. After visiting many dealerships over several days this dealership was a true breath of fresh air. Our salesman Ben was knowledgeable and friendly. He was a true joy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. Plus I love my new Toyota!!!!!!
ONE YEAR LATER....
I will not being using there service department again. I have gone to local shops and always receive a quote that is accurate. Here they changed the price 3 times even though no new service was added. Beware of "misc. charges". Was told all shops do this, but never had this done at local shops. All I ask for is honesty and not the run around when I get my car fixed. Also, Don't waste your money on the warranty.
Walter Aguilar is the best. Everything went smooth. I didn't feel pressured. Very friendly. Very very professional and all around amazing guy. He worked with us to get what we wanted which I liked very much. If there's a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best. He comes out at top with a 10 and more....kudos
BEST EXPERIENCE YET! I had been looking for a particular vehicle and Rt 2 Prime had this vehicle so I was ready to make a deal. This dealership worked with me and we were able to find a reasonable common ground. Kimberly Freelove was especially helpful, kind and transparent during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Very upset and unsatisfied! I have been having one particular issue with my 4runner since purchasing it from Prime Rt. 2. Even after purchasing the warranty this issue continues to be neglected by Toyota despite multiple attempts on my part to contact Prime Rt.2 and the Harr dealership in Worcester. I am hoping this post will be heard and answered but until then I cannot say that I am satisfied at all.
